Again it was Rainer Lorz who preferred to be part of the solution rather than part of the problem. He doesn´t find round magnets optimal for one or the other application and he wanted a flexible magnetic patch the size of a squeegee.
Special magnet for curves on the vehicle
It should be able to nestle around curves, have a high adhesive force and, above all, no longer be able to “roll away” under the vehicle.
We tried to solve this problem with the "magnetic carpet" APE MagCarpet. With this magnet there is no protruding handle, which is particularly helpful when folding the film over. It also prevents unsightly dents in the customer vehicle if you forget to remove the magnets from the tool bag.
